I can’t thank you enough for listening to my concerns and recommending a solution that has restored my confidence and dramatically improved my sexual experiences with my husband. As you know, I came to you with concerns about my lack of sexual desire, problems reaching orgasms, and the overall appearance of my vagina. Dear Dr. Alinsod,
I started menopause when I was 50 years old. Menopause came with alot negative side effects such as hot flashes, irritability and most of all the inability to produce sufficient vaginal lubrication during intercourse. The inability to produce sufficient vaginal lubrication started as uncomfortable during sex and over the years became so painful that during the last 10 years of my marriage I stopped having sex completely. I could not use oral hormone replacements due to an extremely high incidence of breast cancer in my family and my ob/gyn did not offer any suggestions to alleviate the problem besides the use of over the counter lubrication which quite honestly made intercourse bearable but certainly not pleasant for me.

I have forwarded in a separate email a photo of my vagina the day before my first ThermiVa treatment and another photo 24 hours following my first ThermiVa treatment. Able to give both myself and my husband such incredible pleasure
Ever since I was a young girl I always thought I looked a bit different. My inner labia were long and dark and uncomfortable. They would pull and tug and pinch with every move I made.
